Excellent

We went on spec because it seem like all the tickets have been sold out but you couldn't apply for a disabled pass and carers concession unless she went in person so we did. Fortunately we had access to our daughters car and were able to park in the nearby underground car park for three hours free. We went to the desk and although I'd been booked out until Christmas they let us in free and then you get fast tracked if you're a wheelchair user because there are large queues. We are glad that we went because it is spacious and airy despite the crowds

Very good Clean and easy to manoeuvre, there was an alarm cord Grab rails plenty of hot water and soap with paper towels

Staff

Excellent

I have no complaints about the staff who were helpful and courteous

Quite a few people are wearing masks still even though it's no longer obligatory in Dubai
