Please note the mill is not currently operational. Prices have been reduced to reflect this. See a beautifully - restored village mill in action and learn about how oatmeal, a staple of the Scottish diet, was once made. A mill was built here by the monks of nearby Sweetheart Abbey but the present building dates back to the late 1700s. Opening Times: 1 Apr to 30 Sept: Daily, 10am to last entry at 4pm (closes 4.30pm) The mill will be free on Sat 10 & Sun 11 May as part of National Mills Weekend. 1 Oct to 31 Mar: Fri & Sat, 10am to last entry at 3.30pm (closes 4pm) We recommend booking in advance to guarantee entry.
