This house was purpose built for disabled access. It is a large bungalow with level access throughout, ramps to access the 3 entrance doors and a fully adapted bedroom. The accessible bedroom is a twin room with- one of bed is a profiling bed. Ceiling hoist to a large wet room / bathroom. Very modern and finished to a very high quality. The house sleeps 8 : accessible twin bedroom, 2 x double bedrooms with a 'Jack and Jill' ensuite between them, and another twin room with a large family bathroom opposite. Fantastic purpose built house, lowered additional sink in large kitchen, lowered hob. Fully adapted bedroom with ceiling hoist to wet room and profiling bed.

Additional Information
The house is located in very close proximity ( a few miles) from areas of outstanding beauty - Tollymore Forest Park (set for some scenes from Game of Thrones), Castlewellan Forest Park and lake, seaside town of Newcastle, National Trust - Murlough Beach - beautiful long stretch of sandy beach (with accessible wooden pathway through the dunes). The house is in the pretty small town of Castlewellan with a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Castlewellan is about 50 mins drive to Belfast (30 miles) but roads are good.
