    Good

There is only one platform at Newtongrange servicing trains going in both directions. I did not require passenger assistance so I cannot comment on it. The station is a six minute walk away from the National Mining Museum.

    Disabled Access In and Around

    Good

There is a really windy ramp going from the platform level up to the main street. Great for keeping you out of the way of cars in the carpark - but the ramp itself is giving airport queue vibes with all its twists and turns!

Accessible facilities: Step-free entrance, Single-level venue, Step-free access to most areas

I travelled to this place by train

There are four accessible parking bays. I thought I was at the station on a sleepy Sunday, but they were all taken. There are a couple of EV charging points, next to the accessible bays, so if you need to charge your EV you might be lucky and get a wee bit of extra space to wheel about, but don't count on it. See photos.

Accessible facilities: Electric Vehicle Charging, Drop-off or pick up point, Dedicated on-site parking, Public or on street parking

    Accessible Toilets

I didn't see any accsesible toilets at the station.

    Staff

I didn't see any members of staff.
