I looked on the website before I arrived and used the accessible map to plan our day. The route worked well as we got to see all the animals. The elephants were my favourite. The paths are gravel but it was easy enough to get around and there were lots of benches to stop for a rest on. I was impressed by the animal signs that were really clear and easy to read for the children. All staff said hello whilst we were walking around which was nice!

5 star is for the changing places toilet on site, the other toilets aren't huge and are quite basic.
