We can't fault The Access Team at Norwich Theatre Royal , they go above and beyond to ensure everyone is well looked after. They are always really approachable, accommodating, knowledgeable and attentive. The live audio description is always excellent and the headsets themselves are really easy to use. The touch tours are a wonderful addition and each one that we have attended has been done brilliantly. The ample opportunity to look closely at the set, props and costumes (and sometimes cast members) before the show is so helpful and enables a much deeper connection with the performance. Thank you Access Team, you are worth your weight in gold!
