Venue Description

Otter Pool Barn is a newly converted six bedroom barn, with full accessibility. (Shortly to be assessed for NAS Access Exceptional grading). With a lift to the upstairs bedrooms and fitted ceiling hoist in one bedroom/bathroom, mobile hoist and accessible hot tub/spa pool it will suit extended families with various levels of mobility as well as groups from residential homes. It has a five acre field with accessible path to a picnic/BBQ area overlooking a private lake. The whole property is spacious and allows flexible use to suit all sorts of requirements. Four profiling beds, shower chairs, shower/commode wheel chair etc are also available in the property. There is one bath room (mobile hoist accessible bath and wetroom style shower) and two ensuite accessible wetrooms in the property.

There are no steps at the property. Internal doors are siding. Low and high level sockets available in each room. Lighting is dimmable. Induction hearing loops are available for TVs. There is plenty of parking. All taps are 1/4 turn levers.
