Overview
Got assistance off Jet 2 flight into Airport. Assistance took us through passport control and left us to get our bags only for myself and 2 others in wheelchairs to find out there was NO exit from passport control for wheelchairs! No staff knew how we could exit until eventually (an hour later) someone took us through passport control the wrong way, onto a truck, and eventually to baggage. NOBODY knew what the proper system was and sadly didn’t care. Appalling treatment
