I had an amazing day with my daughter. The whole oatk is flat and very accessible and unbelieveably clean! Also I didn’t have to pay to get in due to my disability and I also got a queue jump pass to save me waiting in long queues. They couldn’t do enough to make sure the whole park was accessible and that i could accompany my daughter on as many things as possible which was 98% of the rides. Peppa Pig World is wonderful and we had a great leisurely and fun day and was nice to not go home in pain and exhausted. Well done Paultons!
Transport & Parking
Loads of disabled bays that are wide enough and right beside entrance and flat surface between park entrance and car parking.
Top marks. Extremely impressed. Signage was clear and stood out. Toilets were many including wide cubicles, disabled toilets and changing places toilet and seperate rooms for baby changing and breast feeding so no need to share disabled toilets with stinky nappies! There was plenty of seating around the park and designated seating for those with disabled access passes to wait on their turn on rides. This was a godsend for me personally. I cannot comment on hearing or communications access, however it appeared they had put a lot of work into this area of accessibility too.
Large, spacious, modern and clean with accessible entrances and nice changing places toilets. Also, never had to travel far to find one as there are loads of accessible loos around the park, which are easily accessed and can be found using a paper map or the phone app which gives you distance and goa walking directions.
Couldn’t be more helpful to fulfill accessible needs. Once entering the park, you visit the nurse and supply a copy of a letter explaining your condition and receiver everything you need and your access pass to save queuing.
