Excellent
It is a wheelchair and walking aid accessible one stop shopping mall which has everything that you need. For example, cinema, retail outlets and restaurants. It has ramps specially for wheelchair users and lifts to facilitate the disable to each floor. It is a posh yet convenient shopping mall.

Good
There are ramps and lifts on each floor which made it easier for the wheelchair users and disable.
Parking & Transport
Good
It has ramps to the entrance of the mall from the parking and a doorman to assist into the mall for disable people.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
It has accessible and spacious toilet which has grab rails.
Staff
Excellent
The staff is friendly and helpful. They were willing to go the extra mile just to assist you.
Additional Information
It was a convenient and fun experience.
