Great access let down by toilet

The cafe is wheelchair accessible with door opening pads and automatic doors. Good circulation space. Dedicated disabled parking nearby. BUT. Well designed toilet limited by short red cord and a wooden baby changing unit that prevents side transfer to toilet.
