Average
have to get lift up to the exhibits – difficult if crowded as only one lift and in the process of renovations. Not all areas are , at least at the moment, accessible by lelectric buggy though most are.
Parking & Transport
Poor
on Museum Island which in itself is largely accessible and although there is a street near the museum it would be difficult I think to park but all on the level and you could be dropped nearby by taxi or bus ; area around Museum is electric buggy /wheelchair friendly
Accessible Toilets
Good
groundfloor disabled toilet – toilet accessible thatheavy doors get through from reception area
Staff
Good
only really had contact with lift staff - helpful and friendly
