I would love to give Plush 5 stars but they are limited by being in an old building in York which does affect what they can do for people with mobility difficulties. However, if you can get in the one step from pavement to cafe, you will be able to access one of the rooms via a ramped corridor. They have three fantastic rooms with different themes - if you can't get up the narrow flight of stairs then you will be in the cool neon room. You can book a table on their website which might be advisable to ensure you get a seat on the ground floor. Toilets are up the stairs and not wheelchair accessible which is common in York - the nearest changing place toilet is close by at the library. they provide food and drink for different dietary needs and I was automatically asked if I had any dietary requirements and what kind of milk I'd like. Beyond this the staff have been very helpful when I've visited which can make all the difference, It's a cool, instagramable venue!
