Only ground floor accessible but decent toilet

The ground floor of the Polar Museum in Tromsø is accessible, so you can see the exhibits about the history of Svalbard and the hunting of various Arctic animals and the temporary exhibitions on the ground floor, but you miss out on the artefacts from Nansen and Amundsen's polar expeditions upstairs.
