Disabled Access at Polemonium Plantery Bed and Breakfast

We aim to cater for the needs of all visitors in our home based, 3 bedroom bed and breakfast. Assistance with luggage is always offered to all guests. The entrance is accessed along concrete paths with two seating areas through the guest garden, where there is one step with a threshold into the guest dining room. The paths are lit by solar powered lights at night. Entrance is into guest dining area and reception. Recycled paper Pad and pen on arrival, staff on duty at all times. Guests escorted to rooms and facilities explained. Corridors have Mahogany dado rails, contrasting colours on walls. Guest dining room has wooden floor with fitted carpets to the 14 stairs, corridors and guest bedrooms. Bathrooms all tiled. Birch and Rowan rooms are adjoining with good access for carers. Fridge facilities are available in the kitchen adjoining reception downstairs.
