Overview

A local venue we visit frequently. We love the menu, a variety of table heights, shapes and styles. Good level floor access with space between tables and 3 blue badge car park spaces. Staff are very good and helpful. The menu is varied with dietary options and a light small meal menu. Booking on-line is recommended.

Transport & Parking

3 accessible blue badge spaces with side and rear hash lines for safe entry/exit. Hard surface level access. Some standard spaces are on a gentle slope.

Access

Level, smooth access throughout. No carpet and good space between all tables. Excellent to see a variety of table shapes, styles and heights ( and chair styles). Staff have been good with communication when my speech wasn't clear, polite and attentive. I've heard one or more staff signs in BSL. Easy read menu with small portion options. Staff who know me have included a straw with my drink. These things plus great food makes us go back regularly.

Toilets

Being familiar with toilet standards, the space is very good and just needs an ostomy shelf. Unfortunately no hoist or adult changing bench. Baby changing is in this space but not intrusive (it's bigger than the UK standard. Clean and low level light.

Staff

Very friendly. We book to ensure a table. They seem to have good awareness about customer service/communication.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Good quality food for usually under £10 . I've made up meals from starter/side orders and because it's slow/long cooked and roasted meats it's very soft to eat and easier to swallow for me.
