Accessible for my rollator

I am a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: hearing, moving around and understanding.
Overall Rating
Excellent
They had a train for most of the caves, for the last little bit you have to walk. The main route the slopes were too steep for me and my rollator but not impossible but i decided to do the short cut route which was much easier for me
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
There was plenty of ramps. Some ramps were a little on the steep side but I managed. I attached photos of some of the more steeper ramps so you can decide for yourself. They had a train at the beginning for most of the caves so i didn’t have to walk much. They had a short cut option with less steep ramps whilst in the caves. Some seating around too. The slopes had hand rails for extra support
Parking & Transport
Excellent
We got a coach here from our cruise and the coach managed to park very close because of my disabilities. They also had a good car parking nearby too
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
They had a disabled toilet. The disabled toilet was in the main public toilets the disabled toilet wasn’t in a private room. So may not work for all disabilities such as autism, or a medical condition where you need to suddenly use toilet urgently since you had to join normal queue. but you could still fit mobility aids including wheelchair inside. They also had a baby changing toilet which would be big enough for an adult to use. But it was not an official changing place toilets so no hoists or anything I don’t think. So maybe if you are an older child you could access it if grown ups can carry you on to changing table. I attached a photo of it below

The staff were very helpful and and had an excellent attitude towards disability
