It's just not set up for the disabled. Can't access the spa/swimming pool and outdoor activities are so far away. Don't expect an accessible room if you prefer a king size bed - you can only have a double or you can't have adaptations! I was told my room was accessible but there was only one handrail in the bathroom and was given a dangerously wobbly stool.

One lift that was working. Considering the demographic of clientele this meant long queues. Spa, swimming pool and showers were down steps so not accessible if using a chair. I had to change in my room and go outside in the rain to access the outside door. Wasn't good for those inside to have my wheels going round the pool.

Entertainment was great, food fair and staff were lovely and very helpful - apart from the one discussing my letter to them about access. She wasn't interested at all. Shame.
