I am a disabled person and a carer or friend of a disabled person and a general supporter of disabled access. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, accessing toilets, dexterity or coordination and moving around.

There aren't many disabled features to this store, however it is fairly small. That being said, there is plenty of room to navigate the store in a wheel/power chair or with any other walking aid.

The store is locate in a shopping centre so does not have doors, only shutters which makes the shop more accessible for those with mobility needs. The aisles are wide and there is plenty of space to navigate the store if you are in a wheel/powerchair or using a walking aid.

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
There isn't dedicated parking for St Elli shopping centre, however there are links to public transport such as bus services and taxi ranks around the area. There is a multi-story carpark a short distance away, however there aren't any lifts if you depend on those, only stairs and a steep ramp which is meant for cars to use to access the carpark, so it is fairly dangerous. There is on-street parking around the town centre, but these are few and far between and more often or not they are occupied. A short distance away is Asda carpark and a smaller carpark located near Nando's restaurant.

Excellent
Staff are very friendly and helpful, they will assist you with packing your shopping if needs be and are always polite when serving or assisting with customers needs.
