Overview

A nice hotel, very clean and comfortable but no lift to the 2nd floor.

Transport & Parking

Huge carpark with a number of disabled spots right opposite the pub ( The Watermill) door. The hotel has 2 disabled parking spots which can be a challenge on a busy day as the car park is huge and you could have to park some distance from the hotel door. The car park is completely tarmacked.

Access

The ground floor of the hotel and pub is all step free and accessible . But both the hotel and pub have a second floor which is not. Neither have lifts so be sure once booked that you ring ahead and let them know if you require either a ground floor bedroom or a meal in the restaurants ground floor as they do get busy.

Toilets

The pub has an accessible toilet. There is one disabled bedroom BUT that room is only a double bed not a king-sized bed like all the other rooms although i believe the bathroom is accessible.

Staff

All very helpful, polite and friendly.
