There is disabled parking in the ground floor of the adjacent public car park - just a few yards from the hotel entrance. Charge of £5 for use overnight.

The signage outside the hotel does not make it obvious where the reception door is. Once in the is universal access in all public areas. Lifts available.

As always the Premier Inn staff were polite and helpful.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

I booked an accessible room. Unfortunately, the bathroom is very difficult to use for some one with mobility issues. Why not have a walk-in shower? I was only able to get in the shower over the bath with help from my husband. A low side to a slippery bath is very dangerous - I fell over and had to be helped out. The grab rails are in completely the wrong places. It would be impossible to get clean if you are in a chair or have no assistance.
