Overview

I stayed at this Premier Inn in October, with my daughter, and returned in early January for a change of scenery and to bring my big camera!

Transport & Parking

I drove. Lots of parking, right in front of hotel doors but the car park is managed by the local council, and you do have to pay, which is challenging because the parking meter isn’t particularly accessible, otherwise it’s an awful app, which isn’t user friendly. Parking in the winter is free. Would have given more stars if there was a discount for BBs.

Access

Access very good and all step free from the car park to the room. Just one door was a problem-it is a security and fire door which is operated by a fiddly key card. Rooms close to reception/entrance. Additional tea/coffee at reception. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

Toilets

accessible bathroom was perfect for my needs grab rails in a wet room, and next to toilet. Lots of room

Staff

staff at the North Shore are lovely and friendly all very helpful breakfast is always good, and dietary requirements all catered for
