Not what I expected from a Premier inn.

Overview
Room was very small, with wheelchair and hoist no room for anything else. Room was carpeted which made pushing the hoist difficult. Easy to get in building.
Transport & Parking

Access
Room was very small, asked for bed to be raised for hoist access, which it was but the bed was left in the middle of the room, so no room to get passed. Thick carpet in room made pushing hoist extremely difficult.
Toilets
No wet room, there was a bath with a shower in it with handrails. Door slid open and closed which was a good point. In my opinion it was not an accessible bathroom.
Staff
The staff were good and helpful.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Not what I expected from a premier inn. In my opinion the room was not acceptable as an accessible room in its current state.
