I am a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: accessing toilets and moving around.
Overall Rating
Excellent
As a wheelchair user, I was able to enter and move around the venue with ease. Entry is flat, and there a lift down to the bar and the disabled toilet. My wheelchair was positioned with a good view, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful- their focus was on asking me what I needed and ensuring I was comfortable.

The doors were not automatic, but there were a lot of friendly staff everywhere to help with doors. Passages are wide and there was more than enough space in the lift to all floors

Accessible Toilets
Excellent
The disabled toilet was big enough to drive my scooter in and out. The only issue is its proximity to the ladies, and it busy times the door opens up onto people queueing which can be tricky for maneuvering.

Very helpful asking on several occasions what I needed and if I needed anything further. During my visit there were two very well trained accessibility hosts assigned to look after me
