Overview

Fourteen days worry free! From the first minute walking in to Bonamar I was made to feel welcome, and was offered as much or as little help as I needed. A hotel big enough to meet people when full 224 people yet with only 112 rooms impossible to get lost!

Access

The hotel had wheelchair slopes everywhere, a chair to get in and out of the pool, disabled toilets in the reception area and by the pool, sun bed were in row wide enough for wheelchair pass! Outside eating area and sitting area all accessible by wheelchair or walking stick. All rooms had braille number on the door, will verbal information given to lift

Staff

Simply amazing, nothing was to much trouble, from being shown our table on the first night, to being offered as much or as little help I requested! During the day and evening around the pool there staff to take orders for drinks and at lunch time food is available, both Restaurants and bar staff quickly become friends as they are long term member of staff and are always happy to help.

By now the Covid precaution are not so visible yet there still hand sanitizer machine and hand washing facilities at reception, in the restaurant and at the bar, you made to feel safe at all time.
