This was my first time visiting. The venue itself seems very wheelchair accessible, with wide spaces to move around and level access throughout. I visited specifically to play mini golf and emailed ahead to check if it was wheelchair accessible and was assured that it was. As an ambulatory wheelchair user, I was able to get around both courses with a mixture of walking and using my wheelchair, but neither course would have been accessible for a full-time wheelchair user. Both mini golf courses are also quite dark, so would likely be difficult to navigate for those with visual impairments.

    Disabled Access In and Around

The venue was all on one level (including the entrance) with wide paths to get to each area. There appears to be level access to the darts, shuffleboard and arcade games. There is also a lowered area of the bar to talk to staff and pay. The Zen Garden golf course initially appeared to be mostly accessible, with wide paths between holes that a confident wheelchair user in a fairly narrow chair could navigate. Unfortunately there was an unavoidable large step up to hole 6, so this would be impassable for many. The Tokyo Drift course was much narrower and harder to navigate in a wheelchair, although there were no steps. Both courses were very dark. Both courses also contained some holes that required a forceful strike to complete.

Accessible facilities: Single-level venue, Step-free entrance, Step-free access to most areas

    Parking & Transport

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle

There is no dedicated on site parking because the venue is in a shopping centre. However, we parked in a disabled bay in the lower precinct car park and it was a short walk (4 minutes) over level surfaces to the venue.

    Accessible Toilets

    Good

The accessible toilet was a good size, with a wide door. There were grab rails and an emergency pull cord. The lock was very smooth and easy to use for those with limited dexterity. The space was clean and well-kept.

    Staff

The staff were very pleasant during our visit. I was a little disappointed that the staff member I emailed ahead of time assured me that the golf courses were wheelchair accessible (which they weren't really) and did not provide any additional information.

    Additional Information

I would recommend this venue for people with limited mobility to play darts, shuffleboard or arcade games. I would not recommend the mini golf to most people with limited mobility or visual impairments.
