Overview

I was passing through Reading on a journey from Norwich and had arranged to meet up with a friend travelling from Whitby; we are both in our 80's ; he has serious mobility problems and had requested assistance . .The assistance came in the form of a young man called Will, who was working before starting at University. Will could not have been more helpful. He was courteous, confident and friendly, kept an eye on us as we waited to be collected by car and wheeled my friend to the lavatory. Thank you so much, Will.
