I have experience of challenges around: accessing toilets and moving around.

Disabled parking in main carpark about 30m from door. Flattish paths, mainly tarmac. Level entrance through large glass door. Off-licence selling brewery products and merchandise, plus canteen style eating. Lots of local ale and cider, and salads, noodles, burger style food cooked on premises. Was easy to get around on a quiet lunchtime but suspect it can get very crowded. Spacious toilets for all. Very high ceiling ( converted metal frame barn) could get very noisy I suspect.
