Good
Ramp with automatic doors and easy access to shops. Located beside escalators. Handy for people in wheelchairs or parents with a pram or buggie and also anyone with fears of escalators or lifts.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Plenty of benches in mall with escalators, stairs, a lift and also a ramp. Most shops have an induction loop.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Multi-storey carpark, level 5 has disabled parking. Asda carpark next to rivergate has lots of disabled parking.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Large space one both in men's and women's toilet and also a separate unisex one. All clean and well maintained.
Staff
Excellent
Friendly, helpful.
