Fully wheelchair accessible throughout with lefts up to the restaurant .

There is a very small ramp to one side of the building, this had a handrail. The shop isles are very wide and would easily allow wheelchairs down the isles. There were signs located around the buildings pointing out different shopping areas, signs were bold and very clear. There were steps as well as a lift big enough for two wheelchairs. Access to the restaurant was made easy via the life, there was also plenty of the seats in the restaurant as well as outside the shop.

The car park has disabled parking bays right at the very front on the car park next too the doors.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
There was an accessible toilet in the building, toilets were clean and tidy.
Staff
Excellent
Staff were there to greet customers as they walked into the shop. Staff were polite and friendly and were easily recognisable if we needed to ask for help.
