Transport & Parking

Blue Badge holders may park in the Centre's car park if required.

Access

Manual door to enter the lobby and a second to enter the reception area. Can be managed from wheelchair height but could be tricky for some people. Staff and other visitors were happy to help. Reception counter is high for a wheelchair user but staff will come around to the front. Waiting room has a door and staff and other visitors helped with this. An accessible toilet is located along the corridor. All the doctors' consulting rooms were accessible. Great signage for people with learning disabilities and others who may not read so well.

Toilets

Good accessible toilet. Grab rails, spotlessly clean and tidy. Not the largest of spaces if you have a larger power chair but functional.

Staff

Staff were very attentive and offered assistance without being asked on the occasions I visited.
