Good
The bank is well laid out with a ramp for entry and electronic push button doors, banking space is on one level is spacious and has a seating area if you need to rest or sit for a moment. Staff were all helpful and welcoming, with the greeter opening the door for me as I went to leave.

Disabled parking is around 100 yards away in carpark behind bank, this is no use for me (I can't walk that far) so I parked in the empty 15 space taxi rank, and displayed my blue badge.
