Overview
We’ve been to the Osprey Centre loads of times over the years—but this time, something really stood out. The new accessible loo is hands down the best disabled toilet I’ve ever used. Gone are the old composting toilets. In their place is a proper game-changer: a bright, roomy space right next to the pay booth. The door’s wide, access is easy, and the layout’s clearly been thought through with real care. It’s not just a cubicle—it’s a full room with loads of space to move around, grab rails where you need them, and a wash basin that goes up and down. There are privacy blinds, wet room flooring, and over on the far side, a proper changing table with a handheld shower and a ceiling hoist system. We got there just after it opened and couldn’t stop grinning. The staff were chuffed too—and rightly so. It’s brilliant to see a venue take accessibility this seriously.
