Good
The whole hotel was completely accessible, although there are several steep ramps so sometimes some help was needed however there are ways to avoid these. The staff were excellent and very helpful, with the maintenance team even fixing my brake for me during the stay! We had an accessible room which was great, and there were disabled toilets throughout the hotel. Overall a great accessible hotel.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Although the hotel is built on a hill there are plenty of ramps however some are steep so a wheelchair user might need some help. There were also steps throughout but they were easily avoided. There are several lifts in the main building. All the separate buildings had level access.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
We didn't drive there but taxis dropped off right outside the door and there was lots of parking available.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
There were disabled toilets throughout the hotel, including next to all the pool areas. The bathroom in the adapted room was also spacious and had a shower seat.
Staff
Excellent
All the staff were excellent and extremely helpful. On the way the brake cable on my chair snapped and we asked if there were any mechanics near by but the maintenance team at the hotel managed to fix it and were excellent.
