I am a carer or friend of a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment and moving around.

Really no good if you use a wheelchair or walking frame/rollator Despite confirmation they were ‘accessible’ they are most definitely not; by accessible they mean they have a lift! Stairs to breakfast area with a stairlift, so if you manage with just a walking stick you might be ok. Parking is offsite (nearby) Old tired building so doorways are tight, corridors are on slopes and bedroom floor we were in had a camber! Could not use the shower as no grab bars or any support other than a glass panel. Sorry this is not a good review but I know how blooming frustrating it is when you take the time to explain your circumstances to be told that’s all fine; only to get there and it’s really not fine at all. No comment on staff or food but on par with the theme of this review!
