Wheelchair access at this venue is almost impossible to fault.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
The Box Office is easy to reach with low level counters which make it simple to interact with staff. Screens are accessible via ramp. Inside the the screens wheelchair spaces are far enough from the front to provide a good view with plenty of space to move around.. Carers/Personal Assistants receive a free ticket and audio description is available in most 2d showings.
Parking & Transport
Good
Disabled parking bays are right at the front of the cinema with the entrance accessible via a ramp.
Accessible Toilets
Good
There are numerous accessible toilets to use however the toilets are fairly low which may present a challenge to some.
Staff
Excellent
Staff are extremely helpful and always available.
