I travelled here by car. It would be challenging by public transport. There are quite a few parking spaces right outside the main door. I was able to negotiate the Nursery Gardens in my power chair. It is a wonderful place if you like gardening and gardens. There was a rustic garden cafe on site at the back. Inside had ramped access down to the tables. We chose to sit outside as we had dogs with us and they are not allowed inside. This meant navigating grass. There was a second covered outdoor area with heaters. I didn't notice if that were better terrain. I did not use the bathroom but on looking at it I'm not sure it would have been manageable in my chair. The staff were friendly and helpful and lots of plants were purchased.
