Overview
Unable to gain access with radar key at 7:30 am. Access should surely be made available due to my disability, as I have a stoma, therefore as much space and privacy as possible is both required and expected by me. Providing accessible toilets is the responsibility of my local council. Any future contact with South Holland District Council would be greatly advised and appreciated. Thanking you in anticipation of a prompt response.
