Sorry to disagree with the other reviewers. Although the storyhouse has good facilities, the staff and or management do not make wheelchair visitors feel welcome. The disabled toilet is locked and is only accesable via a member of staff. They are not easy to spot (some seem to hide their i.d. badge. I managed to find one who said she didn't have a key for the toilet, but would go and get one. After 15 minutes waiting outside the locked door, I found another member of staff who got a key and opened the door for me. Apparently, the first staff member was on her "meal break". As an aside, the regular toilets are left open. Won't be returning!
