I booked this hotel based on the website promising elevator access to all rooms. When I arrived, I was told that my room was at the top of 24 stairs and that there was no elevator in the hotel. When I told the staff that I needed an elevator, they offered to carry my bag up the steps and shrugged. Avoid this hotel and call ahead when considering any hotels in the Supercity chain.

03 steps from the street. No signage, no ramp, no railings. This hotel is not accessible at all.
Parking & Transport
0We took a taxi from the train station. Manchester is a traffic nightmare with constant roadworks and diversions. Pavements are in various stages of destruction in the Northern Quarter, where this hotel is located so be careful.
Staff
Bad
When staff were willing to speak to us, they were polite. They did nothing to resolve the situation. The hotel was super noisy at night - I read in another review that the staff did not stay in reception overnight (24 hour reception staff was advertised on the website) - I did not venture out to confirm this as the noise included violent door slamming and banging on doors nearby in the hotel.
