Good
Its just off the main highway about 2 hours drive from Manila. A well known location. But if travelling their make sure its not a public holiday, as the journey could be extended by 4 hours. But it the main hotel for the best view of the Taal Volcano and the lake.,
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Access is good, but the reception counter is very high, so if you wish to talk to receptionist, they will either stretch over or come from the counter.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
You can exit your transport at the door, but disabled parking is on another level, and is accessed by steps. If you insist, they will allow you to park near the entrance on the same level.
Accessible Toilets
Average
Access for wheelchairs is not always easy, and the cubicles are not extra wide.
Staff
Excellent
The staff are normally very accommodating, but lack training.
Additional Information
There is no roadside pavements in most cases, so you have to walk on the road itself. Be also aware if there is an accident, and you are the pedestrian, then the driver is normally held responsible, unfortunately, some drivers if they hit you, will return to finish the job, as hospital bills are very high, and its cheaper to pay for the funeral....
