I have experience of challenges around: accessing toilets, hearing and moving around.

Good
Alex is very welcoming to disabled customers and the coffee is fantastic. Access is ok, with enough space to navigate the cafe in my manual chair. Tyher tables are mostly a bit low apart from the one larger table which is high enough to get under in a Trikinetic. Their ramp is 1:8 ratio so not too steep, but it is a bit narrow and larger and electric chairs would need to borrow the ramp from next door's bookshop (they are fine with this).

The doors are usuall shut so to get attention for the ramp, i ask someone on the street who is always happy to help. I've asked Tanifiki to install a doorbell to improve this .

Good
I travelled to this place by walk or wheel
nearst bus stop is on Porty high street right outside. There is limited blue badge parking in the area but my friend with a WAV struggled to find somewhere to park.

Good
The toilet is spacious, with bars on both sides and space for transferring from a chair. I love that the mirror is lowered so i can see myself! And they have a red cord that was dangling
