We came to try the hotel as a stopover if we go ip North or to Scotland. We were really impressed. They have really made an effort. There are 6 accessible rooms. Not sure about the suites. We think there might be one. The room is large and the bathroom is really good with lots of bars. My only criticism of the whole place is that the mirror in the bathroom is too high gor me in my manual wheelchair. However there are other mirrors in the room that a4e f8ne, so not a problem. When I first went into the bathroom, I thought the shower glass walls made it a tight fit, but they are cleverly designed so you can move them. There is actually plenty of space. There is lift access to the rooms, a wheelchair lift to the restaurant which is big and an accessible toilet close by. The staff are lovely and 5he hotel is clean. The other review, although positive, said the beds are too high. They are perfect for me to transfer, the same height as my chair seat. Not a huge menu, which is good in my book. Food good and well presented. It has quirky feature around the hotel showing its past as the Coventry Telegraph base. All in all, a good find and we'll be back.
