Overview

There are two access points in to the retail park one is from Coatbank St the other is South Circular Road. The store is on its own on the Northern side of the retail park. Entrance to the store is via a wide door way this is open at both ends you then turn into the store. There are trolley points located near the entrance these are coin operated using a £1.00 coin you get this back when you return the trolley. There is good signage in the store to tell you what is in each aisle

Transport & Parking

There are 9 Blue badge spaces located to the right hand side of the main entrance to the store. I would have given 5 stars but there has been a number of problems with parking . People have been given a ticket because the badge was upside down as an example. The main public transport links are out on the South Circular Road this is some distance away.

Access

The store has a wide open entrance way and the aisles are all a good width to let people pass etc. There is also a lot of good light through out the store as well. All of the main staff operated checkouts are wheelchair accessible. There is a lift to the upper floor located near the right hand corner of the back way of the store. The lift is large and should not be a problem because of this.

Toilets

There is one accessible toilet this is located to the right hand side as you enter the store past the customer service desk. The door opens outwards and is a good basic accessible toilet.

Staff

The staff that we meet were all very helpful and were doing what they could to assist people in the store. They were happy to show you to a location if you could not find an item

This store is open 24 hours a day the store also has a number of self service check outs and Scan as you shop however we did not use these facilities. There is also a café area located in the store this is just to the right as you enter the store however we did not visit this area .
