The staff are not very helpful. The lift that wheelchair users have to use is far away from the entrance what is an inconvenience.

Good
Besides the toilets and the lift being far away, Access is generally pretty good.
Parking & Transport
Good
Disabled spaces are close to the entrance.
Accessible Toilets
Poor
Not a lot of room.
Staff
Average
Not the most helpful and understanding staff.
Additional Information
In fairness, I don't think that they could of made it much more accessible, but they could lower the counter at the restaurant a little bit so a wheelchair user could see more
