About 20 steps to reception. Benches on route, but staff are waiting to help and carry items if need be. Designated host.. Flat surface from car park to reception. Low desktop check in.

large accessable loo with grab rails very easy to find.

All staff attentive.
Additional Information
Staff very helpful at all times, even in the car park. Separate vegetarin menu if required. Lift to restaurant can be scary at first, but staff are so attentive that it is easy to overcome negative feelings. Even at 9.00p.m. we were checked to make sure we were in need of anything.. Completely safe, large bathroom with plenty of grab rails. Wall shower stool. Opposite RSC and near the river is flat, therefore ideal for a wheelchair.
