I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, dexterity or coordination and moving around.

Good
Good toilet facilities but the staff seem to man them, which isn’t a problem but allow anyone to use them without a radar key. Again, fine due to hidden disabilities however when I enter after a young couple, I don’t expect to find weed scattered over the sink and the red cord tied up :( The one time I needed the red cord pulled, my assistance dog managed to successfully reach it being a large breed. Someone might not have such a large breed.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Most shops are accessible, however when using the outer areas the pavement is completely unlevel

Poor
No transport for disabled - bare minimum disabled parking

Staff member was reluctant to hold the disabled toilet door open... thankfully my assistance dog knows how to do this!
