The details posted, with photos, by disabledtraveler in 19 Oct 2021 are still relevant and a true reflection of this hotel. We were allocated an accessible room which was right at the end of a long, long corridor. Thanks to Julie (Head of Housekeeping who sorted us out with, a non accessible room, very close to reception John, the concierge was very good in moving our luggage to and from rooms.
