Excellent

Access to and inside this building is outstanding. There are bus drop-off stops at the back entrance on North Hill. However, there are steps to access the building from this point. The front entrance is on Tavistock Place, with limited disabled parking spaces and a drop-off point with a short flat walk to the front door with no steps. Once inside, there is one free mobility scooter and two wheelchairs available, all pre-bookable. The main lift is a good size, and there are a number of stair-type lifts supervised by staff to reach different galleries. There are several disabled toilets on various floors, the fire doors to access them are rather heavy.
