My sister and i both visited the xmas gift and food fair, at the Brentwood Centre. We are both disabled, last year the disabled toilet was an empty room, and nothing has changed in a year. There are 3 toilets in a row, a gents, a ladies, and in the middle the "disabled" toilet, but upon entry there is nothing in the room, hardly disabled friendly.

not difficult to get around, although the ramp up had people sitting all over it, which made it difficult to navigate, as there was not sufficient seating anywhere.
Parking & Transport
Poor
We arrived by car, but there are not many disabled parking bays at all, and the few that were there were all full, so we had to park a long way away.
Accessible Toilets
Bad
no disabled toilet available, not much use for wheelchair users or people in mobility scooters, unable to navigate the ordinary toilet blocks.
